Here are a few of the most common questions we receive from seniors and families. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us by email or phone.

How can I pay for home care services?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Call us to check if your insurance plan covers our services.
How do you screen your caregivers?
All caregivers are screened by a third-party background check company. We also perform drug tests.
Can your caregivers help with chores? What about transportation to and from appointments?
Yes, and yes. Check out our Services page for a list of tasks that are included in our services.
Can your caregivers assist with medical tasks?
Our agency is not authorized to provide medical care (such as wound care or physical therapy). However, our caregivers are trained to assist seniors who have been diagnosed with medical conditions. For example, we can help a diabetic person prepare medically appropriate meals, we understand how to care for a person with dementia, and we remind clients to take medications.
Do you charge additional fees for short notice, holidays, or after hours?
No. Our flat flee applies 24/7/365.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You may cancel services at any time, for any reason, without incurring a fee. You can also increase or decrease hours any time.
Do your caregivers visit people in assisted living facilities?
Yes, we send caregivers to residential communities and care facilities in addition to private homes.
